Situated on the legendary McKenzie River In Oregon, this A-frame style cabin provides the perfect resting and rejuvenation spot after a day of fly fishing and enjoying nature. With plenty of outdoor deck space corresponding with the efficient 2+ bedroom interior plan, stories of the day can be shared and fishing lies can be told while lounging by the fireplace or relaxing at the exterior covered bar height counter with a cold beverage overlooking the river. Many features abound including an outdoor shower, a custom built exterior rack to hang up waders to dry, and plenty of spots to tie flies and store fly rods out of the way. The micro kitchen is appointed with a two burner cooktop and under counter fridge & freezer drawers. The living room has an undercounter beverage fridge to keep refreshments close by. With long term durability in mind in this challenging and wet environment, low maintenance high quality materials were used throughout including tongue & groove fir wood interiors, Marmoleum flooring, Paperstone countertops, Duxton fiberglass windows & doors, cable railings, Shou Sugi Ban exterior siding, Trex decking and a standing seam metal roof.
